- SMS and messaging automation
- Appointment scheduling
- Follow up automation
We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
a. Consent & Compliance
- Obtain explicit consent before contacting individuals
- Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable telecom laws
- Disclose use of AI and call recording where required
b. Acceptable Use
You must NOT:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Use AI agents for deceptive or misleading purposes
- Violate privacy or data protection laws
4. AI & Automation Disclosure
You acknowledge that:
- Interactions may be handled by AI (not humans)
- AI systems may make decisions based on programmed logic
- Foundryn does not guarantee perfect accuracy of AI outputs
5. Call Recording & Communications
You are responsible for:
- Notifying call participants of recording (if required by law)
- Maintaining proper opt-in/opt-out records
6. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on providers such as Twilio.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Carrier delivery failures
- External service interruptions
7. Fees
- Pricing is agreed upon separately
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
8. Limitation of Liability
Foundryn is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Regulatory penalties resulting from your misuse
- Messaging or call delivery failures

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these terms
- Legal or compliance risks
